Job Function & Responsibilities:

1. •This position is for a great software craftman with knowledge of C and Java programming.
   

2. •The job will include working as part of a team of developers to design, implement, test and support a complex, distributed WebServices and back-end components on Unix platforms.
   

3. •Must have solid understanding of the software development cycle and be paranoid about quality and security.
   

4. •Must be Unix fluent.
   

5. •Must posses the ability to work as part of a team, as well as the ability to work independently.

9. •Experience with Flash ActionScript is a plus.
   

10. •Must be English fluent, others languages are always a plus.

IT Risk Consultant

Job Function & Responsibilities:

1. •This position is for an IT Risks/Security Consultant based in Geneva.
   

2. •Analyze current processes and identify improvement opportunities through partnership with risks stakeholders and management.
   

3. •Develop, manage and maintain a world-class process management methodology; develop and maintain process & procedure documentation.
   

4. •Identify new business process and value improvement opportunities for Entelience's solution.
   

5. •Significant time shall be spent travelling within Europe (Paris, Geneva, London).
   

Skills Required:

1. •Willingness to learn, and listen to people.
   

2. •Can think of security & risks in terms of sociology, psychology and business and then link back to technology.
   

3. •Wicked smart, rigorous, an analytical thinker.
   

4. •Sense of humor and a positive attitude are non-negotiable.
   

5. •Expertise in process management and performance (BPM).
   

6. •Expertise in knowledge capture and management.
   

7. •Excellent project management and communication skills.
   

8. •Mature individual with a strong customer orientation and ability to work cooperatively with others.
   

9. •A high level of self-motivation and initiative.
   

10. •Business domain knowledge in one or more of vertical industries (ie. Banking, Finance, Insurance) is a plus.
    

11. •Must be English fluent & French fluent, German is a plus.
