For clients willing to insource the ESIS platform but have it managed by ESIS professionals, Consulare offers remote management services. This service requires a secure remote access to the ESIS platform. This offer is offered as an extension of the Titanium support level, pricing upon request for quote.

For clients willing to benefit of a professional support & assistance, four support levels are available : Bronze, Gold, Platinum and Titanium. Some levels includes the evolution of probes, development of new probes, enhancement requests, monitoring of logs and alerts via email notification, report development, etc. The pricing is per level with monthly fees as low as 1000 CHF or 700 €.
